Course content
|
Exercises: Introduction to the principle of designer work - work with inspirational sources, creation of design sketches, procedures for realization, entering a common topic for 3 courses. 1. Textile Design Course: Examples of realized textile patterns, elaboration of studies for subsequent pattern processing. Creating a decorative element. Suggestions for Reporting. Variation of pattern, rhythm, composition of endless print in textile. Realisation of designs for textile printing. 2. 3D art exercises course: Work with relief for expressing the space-material relationship. Art rhythmic arrangement of the whole and proportional relationships in relief. Creating a paper sculpture on a tailor's dummy. 3. Art training course: Drawing composition. Painting composition. Task realization. Joint presentation of semestral works.

Learning outcomes
|
Preparation of the basic knowledge of the designer for the need for creative results, ie preparation of design materials and technological procedures for realization. Introduction to the principles of work with a model, principles of structure and shape design and work with art resources. This course is taught in the form of studio teaching.

Presentation of artistic and creative activities
Credit: active participation in seminars, presentation of semester assignments. Examination: submission and defense of semester work in front of the committee at the final semester exhibition.
