The course builds on the work in the subject Field Didactics 1 and Didactic Skills for Social Sciences 1, which are prerequisites. The practiced topics lead the student to a deeper and more specific focus on the topics of the subject Basics of Social Sciences and the subject Citizenship Education for the 2nd level of elementary school. The course introduces students to the issue of the use of organizational forms of teaching in the subject of basics of social sciences and citizenship education, as designed in the standards for this educational area. The participants of the course will be acquainted and will verify the use of current methods of cooperative learning in model situations.
