Course content
Lecture 1. Work on computers, ergonomy and medical aspects, equipment. 2. Database and serchin for information on the internet, critical assesment. 3. Company foundation, bussiness plan, summary of company data. 4. Processing company data for bussiness plan. 5. Hiring of employees, work place description, legal documents in company. 6. Legal documents with employees, CV, motivation letter, interview. 7. Documents for company management, warranty of power. 8. Contract of purcahse, inquiry, invoice. 9. Adverticement, public opinion, materials for propagation. 10. Questionaire, market research, evaluation. 11. Documents for organisation and quality evaluation. 12. Meetings, time management. 13. Archiving and manipulating with correspondence, quality evaluation in company. 14. Resumé. Tutorial Tutorials continue with their contents to the lectures - topics from lectures are practised on computer and results presented.

Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Demonstration of student skills, Seminár, Students' portfolio

Learning outcomes
Students will gain information about basic documents processed in bussiness, basics of time management, communication and persona documents in formal communication.
The student is informed in the problems of common administration of the company and is acquainted with the basics of business plan creation and presentation of the company.
Prerequisites
Student has standard knowledge with software OS Win, MS WORD, MS EXCEL.

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined examination, Written exam, Oral presentation of self-study

Classified credit: awarded for work and activity during semester and presented documents in demand quality.
